2003-2012One day in school we had to write a composition about who we were going to be when we would grow up. I wrote I wanted to be a traveler but since then I never used to tjhink I could live like now changing cities and countries constantly year after year. First real ideas about living without home came when me and my fried used to escape from crazy Moscow for weekends in villages of Russian North. But only in 2005 having left for whole summer to Altai and Crimea I actually realized this lifestyle was possible. Then I only had to get rid of most belonging, acquire more boldness and buy my first one-way ticket.At first I simply lived in Himalyas near my Lama, then followed him to neighboring countries and also visited Nepal to get new Indian visas. And finally got to the taste of it so much that still cannot stop. There are almost no photos from those first trips, yet they were of no artistic value anyways, but there are few texts to remember my first steps on the way. |
