......Now I have mention that Putrajaya is not just a city but special settlement for state institutions. Or, plainly, for bureaucrats. An ideal way to get rid of all the problems which governmental motorcades give to ordinary people is putting them out into a separate city half way from capital to airport where they can motorcade as much as they want....
